Jonah Atkins is an award-winning photographer and filmmaker from Norfolk County, Ontario. He has worked in both mediums for some of Canada's most-acclaimed musicians, including Dan Mangan, Afie Jurvanen of Bahamas, and Jason Collett both in-studio and on the road as tour photographer/ videographer.
Born and raised in the Southern-Ontario countryside, Jonah has a great love for the place he is from- it has taught him to look closely for the little details that make something interesting; a quality that is present in every piece of art he creates. In addition to this, he is positively obsessed with movies and the entire process of filmmaking. Both of these factors have been perhaps the biggest influences on Jonah's unique eye for lighting and composition, and the types of stories he wants to tell.
